Mike Cooper
Mike Cooper is the Head Judge for the ICU World Cheerleading Championships and represents the Country of Origin on the ICU Governing Council. He is also Director of the Technical and Judges Committees for the ICU and is the developer and head certifier of the ICU Judges Course. Mike is the former captain, coach and cheerleader at Morehead State University where he won six National Championships. He is a former coach for Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and Collierville High School; he won National Championships with each.

Lisa Aucoin
Lisa Aucoin is an internationally renowned business leader specializing in education, training, and event management for female-driven industries. She is the CEO of Spring CDT, an international instructional cheerleading company and Bloom Agency. Lisa is a 8xWorld Champion Coach & 9x World Champion Judge. She has hosted educational conferences worldwide and works in over 42 countries as a highly decorated coach, choreographer and consultant. She has been a coach of the Cheer Sport Great White Sharks for 17 years. She has supported and helped Celtic Spirit grow since the very beginning.

Mikael Sohn Ottesen
Mikael Sohn Ottesen has been involved with Cheerleading in Denmark for nearly 20 years. Mikael is an international recognized Cheerleading judge and has judged various competitions around Europe. He has also had the privilege of judging Europeans and the ICU World Cheerleading Championships both as scoring judge and head judge. Mikael is in charge of rules, regulation and judging in Denmark and is one of the pioneers in developing and spreading Cheerleading as a sport across Denmark. He is a board member of the European Cheerleading Union and member of the ECU Rules Committee and ECU Judges Committee.

Laura Rowden
Laura Rowden has extensive experience in both Cheerleading and Dance. She has been involved in the sport for over 20 years as an athlete, coach, course presenter and judge. Laura regularly judges regional and national competitions throughout the U.K and Europe where she has also taken the role as Head Judge. She has judged in many different countries including Norway, Denmark, Sweden, France, Spain, Ireland, Switzerland, Czech Republic and the USA. Laura is a 5 time ICU World Cheerleading Championships judge and 3 time IASF Dance Worlds judge. She also works as Head of Performance at a secondary school in London.

Gemma Butterly
Gemma Butterly has a background in the dance and cheer industry for more than 20 years. Gemma went on to coach Allstar cheer & dance full time in Scotland & was also chosen to be a UCA Europe Staffer for camps for many summers, coaching cheer all around Europe. Gemma is now the development director on the board for SportCheer Scotland. Gemma is entering her 13th season judging with experience on Dance & Cheer throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia with being selected for panels at prestigious international events. She is passionate about the growth and development of cheerleading worldwide & aims to give athletes and coaches a positive competition experience.

Randy Lyons
Randy Lyons has been involved with cheerleading for over 25 years as an athlete, coach, choreographer, and judge. He judges competitions across the US, Canada, and Europe for organizations such as International Cheer Union, British Cheerleading Association, Celtic Spirit, JAMfest Europe, TRU, NCA, ACA, USA, and Spirit Cheer. He has been honoured to be selected as a judge for the USASF/IASF Cheerleading World's for the past twelve years. Randy has coached and choreographed routines for high schools, universities, and all-stars winning multiple choreography awards at national competitions. He was a head instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association and was named an International Co-Ed All-star coach of the year at the International Open Cheerleading Championships.

Rachel Kaimakkami
Rachel started judging in 2007, working primarily for the British Cheerleading Association. In 2011 she sat her ICU exams and has judged internationally since 2012. She judged at the ICU World Championships as well as the European Championships every year from 2012 until 2019 as well as across Europe for numerous event providers. She was also fortunate enough to be asked to judge at the World High School Cheerleading Championships in 2017. In recent years, she has taken a short sabbatical away from the judging table to focus on her career and family life but is thrilled to be back today.

Everth Campos
Everth Campos is a Colombian judge with 10+ years of experience. His experience includes both judging Cheer and Performance Cheer plus Cheer legality. He has judged in Colombia, USA, Ecuador, Guatemala, Chile, Brazil and Europe. Experienced World ICU panel judge Plus Rules Official, ICU Pan American Championship’s world of school championships. Everth holds the Black, Red & Green Certification for the ICU. Everth will be working with the Rules judge.

Hans Sancho
Hans Sancho has been involved with cheerleading since 1996, he was an athlete for years on different teams in Costa Rica such us the Universidad Latina and the UCR where he was a five times National champion, later transitioning to coaching teams and in 2013 he was the coach of the Premier national team from Costa Rica. Hans has been judging since 2006 in different countries around the world and also at ICU. He has experienced the opportunity of working in some other fields like dancing for Disney´s company on big plays such as “A dream is a wish “and” 100 years of dreams.
